Revive your spirit this Spring with this unique opportunity of classes, workshops, vendors and feminine connection all weekend long!
Spend a day or a weekend under the stars, surrounded by sounds of the river flowing, and the rhythm of the earth. Fire, Food & Friendship! Free your wild heart in this Magical Getaway, and soul nourishing experience. Dance, play, be nourished, and fill up your cup.
This retreat is focused on sisterhood connection, nature therapy, releasing limiting beliefs, and unlocking the medicine that is in each one of us.
You’ll have opportunities to relax and rejuvenate your soul, along with practices that challenge you to push your edge to make room for the life you desire. You will be held by the beautiful private land of rooted timbers in Stewart, Iowa, along with a supportive circle of women guides.
If you love everything but sleeping in a tent, there is an option for that too! Location is around 45 mins outside of Des Moines.
Regardless of posted schedule, we ask that you remain open to the flow and allow yourself to partake in what feels in alignment and skip whatever you want. Arrival will be Friday night after 3pm and Closing circle will be 12pm Sunday. Early arrival Thursday is an option to help build the lodge and settle in early
Retreat Highlights
Timber Hollow is a healing oasis that will be all ours for this weekend. This is a self camping retreat, however there will be an indoor space for bathrooms, showers, communion, and cooking. Pass includes Saturday & Sunday meals, all group workshops, Cacao Ceremony, and Group photos.
Must pay extra for massage and boudoir. Early arrival Thursday is an option for a minimal fee.

Provided by All Love Wellness. Founder Olive is an Ayurvedic Nutritionist, who believes in food as medicine. Allow yourself to receive more than a meal, but an opportunity to fill up your energetic cup, and learn how food effects how we feel, and move in the world. Enjoy fireside community meals, herbal drinks, and mouthwatering desserts.
🌀 Sweat lodge 🌀
This opportunity will be shared by Claudia Morales from Sacred Soul Sanctuary. We will build and co-create this healing ceremony. This is a place to connect with the Creator and to nature, and restore order and balance in life. This is a Sacred practice and a transformational opportunity to learn and grow from.
🎶Somatic Exploration🎶
Enjoy morning sessions lead by different healers to get us moving and in sync with the melody of the earth. This will include yoga, sound baths, drumming, singing and more. All bodies welcome, just bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, journal.
🔥 Fireside Ecstatic Dance🔥
Provided by 1WithMother. Maggie is a Shamanic Musical Alchemist who whole-heartedly believes in living life completely without attachment & judgement and being within complete duality of life. She has been creating playlists for almost 2 years for Ecstatic Dance and has ALWAYS felt the deeper meanings within each song. Her playlists are carefully picked for the vibe that is needed and when it comes to wild women rising she has been on her own journey to help serve you, both inside the musical waves, and outside! Come prepared to immerse yourself in healing and empowering musical sound waves. Ssshhh…The more you move your body, the more you heal!

This medicine will be shared as an opportunity to come together in a collective prayer. Served warm by the fire, Mama cacao offers us a hug from the inside out. She asks us to listen to our heart, to connect with the elements, and free our hearts song. This ceremony will be co-created, as we all have something beautiful to offer
🪘Drumming Circle 🪘
Provided by 1WithMother. Maggie has found the true meaning behind the drums voice, how to let it SING and how it originally started out. The drum is TRULY a woman’s instrument from the beginning. Not just with how it got started but also it IS the heartbeat of Mother Earth. She will teach you how to also let your drum sing! If you have a drum~feel free to bring it, if you do not currently have a drum, one will be provided for you! No experience is absolutely ok!

Through guided prompts, movement, and sharing, we dissolve barriers, deepen connection, and celebrate the power of sisterhood. Unlock your wild woman with a 1:1 nature session with Jess Ketler. You will be adorned in the outfit of your choosing or option to be nude, and invited to connect with the earth, embracing your divine feminine spirit while supported by mother Gaia and any sister support of your choice. We will also have an option for group photos as well!

Offered in a healing tent. Katisha Knight offers a variety of healing energy to leave you feeling refreshed and restored. 30/60/90-minute options available. Sign up will be shared to all registered guests.
