7pm We will meet in circle in the Sanctuary space for a Cacao Ceremony with Olive. This is an invitation to ground in and set intentions for our time together. Cacao invites us to connect with out heart space, ignite creativity, and release anything we don't want to carry with us throughout our journey.

7:30pm GROOVE IMPROMPTU takes the stage for a unique journey of sound and embodied exploration.

Groove Impromptu formed out of spontaneity thru neighborhoods, grocery stores, and an online post. The 3 founding members realized after their first musical encounter that they were destined to be a band. With no intention of writing songs, or playing covers, the three gentlemen, Blake C. Erickson- bass, Robbie Ott- guitar, and Jordan Veach- drums, expressed sincere interest in exploring the musical possibilities of improvising and extending jam sessions. Eliminating the three minute “one-hit-wonder” phenomena for a rather unpredictable curious-minded approach of jamming. Thus the band formed, calling itself Groove Impromptu. Hailing from Des Moines, IA. Groove Impromptu expands minds and dance floors by blending elements of funk, jazz, fusion, rock, reggae, and many other musical genres. Often pushing the envelope of time to potential ten to forty minute long seemingly never-ending musical journeys that are sure to blow your mind.

During the dance we ask that you put away your phones, and bring conversations outside of the dance space!

9:30pm Closing Circle and Reflection
We open and close the same way. Offering space for silence, gratitude and connection. Its beautiful to witness the transformation in each participant throughout these ceremonies, and these circles are always unique. We hope you can make it!
